PATTERN stands behind every product that leaves our factories. The terms below summarize our standard warranty; project-specific terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
5-year standard warranty covering manufacturing defects and abnormal capacity fade under normal use (within specified temperature, current and DOD limits). Extended warranties available for project orders.
12–24 months depending on series and application. Float-life and cycle-life ratings are published per model and verified by batch testing.
2-year warranty on hybrid inverters and MPPT controllers, covering manufacturing defects. Spare parts and remote diagnostics support are provided for the product lifetime.
